In contrast to sugar, which has no added value, dates are really healthy and provide many nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, huge amounts of potassium, iron, various vitamin groups, and much more. Because of the fructose, the following also applies here: "The dose makes the poison." Enjoy in moderation! ;)

Warning: addictive!

This chocolate spread is a healthier version of the well-known hazelnut nougat spread. I don't think I need to name a name, the name alone tells you which hazelnut spread I'm talking about! ;) The dates aren't very dominant in the taste here. So make sure you let non-date lovers try it too. Unlike sugar, which has no added value, dates are really healthy and provide lots of nutrients, such as magnesium, calcium, huge amounts of potassium, iron, various vitamin groups, and much more.

This is what you need for 1 glass:

200 g DATTELBÄR extra soft Sukkary dates or DATTELBÄR date paste

3 tablespoons almond butter or 3 tablespoons hazelnut butter

2 tablespoons raw cocoa

some water

And here's how it works:
Heat dates or date paste with a little water (just enough to cover the dates). Add almond butter and raw cocoa. Puree with a hand blender until it becomes a fine cream. Dattella tastes particularly delicious when chilled.

The delicious date cream will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
Muffins also taste delicious with this cream. If you use more water, you can also use it as a chocolate sauce for ice cream pancakes, for example. You can also puree a banana, which tastes heavenly with pancakes.
