Easy Sweet Potato Brownies

It really couldn't be simpler! :-)
These brownies are made with just a few ingredients and are vegan, gluten-free, and free of refined sugar. The sweet potato gives the brownies their fudgy texture.
You will need:
For the dough:
- 200g cooked sweet potato
- 50 g date paste
- 100g nut butter of your choice (e.g. almond or hazelnut butter )
- 30 g raw cacao
Topping:
- 100g coconut flakes
- 50g plant-based yogurt
And here's how it works:
- Mix all ingredients and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. For the topping, mix coconut flakes with yogurt.
- Let the cake cool and then spread it with frosting.
