Our date paste is made from 100% natural dates – completely free of additives or preservatives. Because we consciously avoid artificial additives, the color of the paste changes naturally over time: freshly made, it is light, but it may darken during storage. This oxidation process is perfectly normal for fruit products and does not affect either the quality or the taste.
