date chocolate ice cream

Summer, sun, sunshine and a healthy chocolate ice cream?
The DATTELBÄR has created a particularly delicious ice cream made from date paste, raw cocoa and nut butter for you.

This is what you need:

• 150 g extra soft Sukkary dates or date paste

• 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter

• 1 tablespoon raw cocoa

• 50 g vegan cream or yogurt

And here's how it works:

1. Mix everything together and freeze for at least an hour.

2. Decorate with fruit.

3. Enjoy :-))
