DATTELBÄR Gingerbread - vegan - sugar-free

This week we had visitors, and their craving for gingerbread was unbearable. Since all the shops were already closed, we had no choice but to satisfy our cravings with homemade gingerbread. That's how this fantastic, super easy, sugar-free, and incredibly delicious recipe came about. We just had to share it with you.
You need:
For the floor:
- 400g organic fine spelt flour
- 330 g hazelnut milk
- 220 g date syrup
- 20g cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil or coconut oil
- 10 g gingerbread spice
- a little vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150g Sukkary dates , chopped
Chocolate glaze and organic vegan sprinkles for decoration

Here's how:
- Mix all ingredients until you have a mixture that is creamy but not too runny.
- Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Let cool, coat with chocolate glaze and decorate with sprinkles or almond flakes.
