Do you love granola bars? Then this is just the thing for you - quick, unbaked granola bites that are perfect for satisfying your hunger between meals.

You will need:
For the bites:
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 4 tablespoons puffed amaranth
- 6 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons of ground nuts of your choice
- Optional: ground rolled oats
For the topping:
- 50g vegan chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Optional: Flowers
And here's how it works:
- Soak the dates and then chop them into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together well. If the mixture is too soft, add some ground oats.
- Once the mixture is malleable, form it into small muesli bars or press the mixture into a silicone mold.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the bites halfway into the glaze and sprinkle with flower petals.
