Do you love granola bars? Then this is just the thing for you - quick, unbaked granola bites that are perfect for satisfying your hunger between meals.

You will need:

For the bites:

  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons puffed amaranth
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons of ground nuts of your choice
  • Optional: ground rolled oats

For the topping:

  • 50g vegan chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Optional: Flowers


And here's how it works:

  1. Soak the dates and then chop them into small pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well. If the mixture is too soft, add some ground oats.
  3. Once the mixture is malleable, form it into small muesli bars or press the mixture into a silicone mold.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the bites halfway into the glaze and sprinkle with flower petals.
