Strawberry date balls

These raw bliss balls are perfect for the start of this year's strawberry season.
Coconut and strawberries create an incredibly fruity taste for guilt-free snacking.

What you need:
- 50 g date paste
- 100 g (fine) rolled oats
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 150g strawberries
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 10 g puffed amaranth
- Coconut flakes for rolling
And here's how it works:
- Set aside a few smaller strawberries to fill the balls later.
- Chop the date paste a little, soak it for a few minutes and puree it with the strawberries.
- Mix the date mixture with the remaining ingredients, form balls using a teaspoon and place a strawberry in the middle.
- Now roll them in coconut flakes and the super delicious energy balls are ready. They can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for a few days. :-))
Tip:
- use room-temperature date paste
- Cool the mixture in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Moisten your fingers with water before forming the balls.
