This creamy and slightly sweet turmeric latte is the perfect warm drink for autumn and is quick and easy to prepare. The combination of turmeric and pepper is a great boost for your immune system, stimulates digestion, and helps reduce inflammation. Turmeric latte is also known as golden milk. Our recipe is, of course, completely plant-based.

For a turmeric latte you need:

  • 200 mL plant-based milk (e.g. almond milk)
  • 200 mL hot water
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 1-2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 shakers of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional:

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 clove
  • piece of star anise

And here's how it works:

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Mix for at least 1 minute until the drink is creamy.
