The autumn hit for a strong immune system - Turmeric Latte

This creamy and slightly sweet turmeric latte is the perfect warm drink for autumn and is quick and easy to prepare. The combination of turmeric and pepper is a great boost for your immune system, stimulates digestion, and helps reduce inflammation. Turmeric latte is also known as golden milk. Our recipe is, of course, completely plant-based.
For a turmeric latte you need:
- 200 mL plant-based milk (e.g. almond milk)
- 200 mL hot water
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 1-2 tsp turmeric
- 2 shakers of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional:
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 clove
- piece of star anise
And here's how it works:
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Mix for at least 1 minute until the drink is creamy.
