raw chocolate cake

This delicious raw food cake is quick to prepare, super healthy and popular with young and old.
You need a mixer, a round springform cake pan and baking paper
Preparation: Soak sunflower seeds overnight.
For the cake base:
- 200 g ORGANIC SUKKARI DATES
- 300g ground walnuts
- peel of an orange
- 70 g cocoa (we use raw cocoa powder)
For the chocolate cream:
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons psyllium husks
- 200 g dates
- 80 g Kakalo
- 200 mL water
- optional: Nuts
And this is how it works:
• Wash the orange and grate the peel.
• Mix the ground nuts, orange peel, dates and cocoa in a large bowl and knead until you have a smooth mixture.
• Line a cake tin with baking paper and press the nut mixture into it.
• Place the mold in the freezer while you make the cream.
• For the chocolate cream, puree all ingredients in a blender until fine.
• (if necessary, spread some peanut butter on the cake base) Spread the cream on the cake base and then freeze for at least 5 hours (or overnight).
• Then let the cake thaw in the fridge for 3 hours and cut into pieces
• Mix the ground nuts, orange peel, dates and cocoa in a large bowl and knead until you have a smooth mixture.

• Place the mold in the freezer while you make the cream.
• For the chocolate cream, puree all ingredients in a blender until fine.
