RAW FOOD - VEGAN - FREE FROM REFINED SUGAR
For one role you need:
For the dough:
- 400 g walnuts
- 300g Sukkary dates, extra-soft
- some water
For the chocolate cream:
- 129g Sukkary dates, extra soft
- 300 g cocoa beans
- 60 g cocoa butter/vegan butter
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 400 ml water
And here's how it works:
- For the dough, blend walnuts and dates with a little water in your blender. Spread this mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and place it in your dehydrator or oven at 40°C with the door open.
- If the mixture is firm but still flexible, you can remove it.
- For the chocolate cream, you put dates, cocoa beans, melted cocoa butter, date syrup, and vanilla powder into the blender with the water. It should become nice and creamy.
- Now spread the mixture onto the dough and carefully roll it up.
- You can let the roll firm up in the refrigerator, then cut it open...
