For one role you need:

For the dough:

For the chocolate cream:

And here's how it works:

  1. For the dough, blend walnuts and dates with a little water in your blender. Spread this mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and place it in your dehydrator or oven at 40°C with the door open.
  2. If the mixture is firm but still flexible, you can remove it.
  3. For the chocolate cream, you put dates, cocoa beans, melted cocoa butter, date syrup, and vanilla powder into the blender with the water. It should become nice and creamy.
  4. Now spread the mixture onto the dough and carefully roll it up.
  5. You can let the roll firm up in the refrigerator, then cut it open...
