Sweet potato and date cake

Oh, how delicious are the organic Medjool dates for this recipe? They're so soft and practically melt in your mouth! Ohh yes! :-))

You need:
For the floor:
- 4 Medjool dates
- 230g soft-cooked sweet potatoes
- 100 g ground almonds or nuts
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
For the cream:
- 1 small cup of vegan yogurt
- 1 tsp psyllium husks and
- 100g berries
And here's how it works:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (convection setting).
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer and bake the dough for about 30 minutes. Let the cake base cool completely.
- While the dough is in the oven, mix the yogurt, psyllium husks and berries in a bowl and let the cream soak in the refrigerator.
- Spread the cream onto the cooled cake base and ta-da! :-)
