Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Do you love cookies? Then this recipe is just right for you - quick, no-bake cookies for a quick snack.

You will need:
- 200 g Sukkary dates, pitted
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 150 g rolled oats
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- optional : some water
And here's how it works:
- Grind the rolled oats into coarse flour using a high-performance blender.
- Chop the dates into small pieces.
- Place the oat flour and dates in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and knead with your hands to form a homogeneous mass.
- If the mixture is too dry, add some water.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Shape a tablespoon of dough into cookies using moistened hands.
