Sweet Easter eggs

Still looking for vegan Easter eggs?
The DATE BUNNY has already found them and grabbed them all at once!
With this last-minute recipe, DATTELBÄR wishes you a wonderful Easter!
You will need:
- 10 organic Medjool dates
- 1 tsp cashew butter per variety & piece
- 1 tsp almond butter per variation & piece
- chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon of raw cacao per date
- 1 bar of vegan chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
And here's how it works:
- Carefully cut open the Medjool dates and remove the stone.
- Option 1: Mix 1 tsp of cashew butter with chopped pistachios and gently press into the date.
- Option 2: Mix some raw cacao with 1 tsp almond butter and gently press it into the dates.
- Melt vegan chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil and coat the dates with it. Sprinkle V1 with chopped pistachios. V2 with grated orange zest. You can also add coconut flakes or other colorful superfoods.
