So, are you in the mood for a spring-like and healthy Bärkeim muesli bowl?
Then this simple and delicious recipe is just right for you!

You will need:
For the bowl:
- 250-300 g plant-based yogurt or quark alternative
- 1 persimmon
- 4-5 tablespoons of Bärkeim muesli
- 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g. almond or hazelnut butter )
For the topping:
- Nut butter of your choice
- Fruit
And here's how it works:
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with the toppings and enjoy. <3
