Sugar-free date chocolate brownie for healthy connoisseurs!

This is what you need:
2 tablespoons psyllium husks
300 g spelt flour
150 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
400 ml (one can) coconut milk
250 g dates
vanilla pod
150 ml plant milk
300 g dark chocolate
And here's how it works:
Grease the baking pan with coconut oil.
Then put the flour in a bowl and mix with cocoa, psyllium husks, baking powder and salt.
Puree the dates with the plant milk and mix with the coconut milk and vanilla.
Mix everything together to form a homogeneous dough.
Chop the chocolate and mix it into the mixture. Then spread everything into the baking tin.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°.
Then let it cool down a bit and cut into diamonds or cubes :)
Dust with cocoa powder and serve with date syrup!
