In my work with women, I try to combine my knowledge and experience from Eastern medicine and the teachings of Ayurveda. And I am constantly amazed at how much these two approaches go hand in hand or complement each other.
Organic dates as a nutritional boost!
For desert dwellers, dates remain one of the most important sources of nutrients, and this alone makes it clear why organic dates are so valuable for us women:

Organic dates have a high content of B vitamins, which have a calming effect on the nerves and are a healthy food for the nerves in stressful situations.

They also promote good sleep.

Other important nutrients it contains include: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, and plenty of iron and vitamin C.

In order for our body to absorb the iron properly, it needs B vitamins and a source of vitamin C.

So it's fortunate that the organic date contains everything.
