Date and chocolate bites with peanut filling

Today we have a delicious recipe with the mega large, juicy Medjool dates from DATTELBÄR.

What you need:
- 20 pieces DATTELBÄR Jumbo Organic Medjool Dates
- 2 bars of dark chocolate (preferably vegan and sugar-free if you want)
- Peanut butter/peanut spread
And here's how it works:
- Pit the dates, fill them with peanut butter and place them in the freezer for about 1 hour – until the peanut butter becomes firm.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Take the dates out of the freezer and dip them individually into the melted chocolate.
- As a topping, you can, for example, sprinkle coconut flakes over the dates immediately after dipping.
- Complete :-)
