Today we have a delicious recipe with the mega large, juicy Medjool dates from DATTELBÄR.

What you need:

And here's how it works:

  1. Pit the dates, fill them with peanut butter and place them in the freezer for about 1 hour – until the peanut butter becomes firm.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  3. Take the dates out of the freezer and dip them individually into the melted chocolate.
  4. As a topping, you can, for example, sprinkle coconut flakes over the dates immediately after dipping.
  5. Complete :-)

And there you have the perfect snack, which is not only quick to prepare, but also tastes incredibly delicious, is healthy and provides lots of energy.
