This delicious carrot bread, made with buckwheat flour and lots of seeds, tastes great even without any spread. It's super healthy and very easy to prepare.
What you need:
- 250 g buckwheat flour
- 150 g rolled oats
- 100g carrots
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g ground flaxseed
- 50 g walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 pack of cream of tartar packing powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ L of carbonated mineral water
- Coconut oil for the mold
Spices:
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp fennel
- 1 tsp anise
- 1 tsp rosemary
