Delicious "Black Bread"

You will need:
(Ingredients for 1 loaf tin, length 28 cm)
- 300 g spelt flour
- 70g organic dates
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 120 ml almond milk
- 100g black tahini
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp black sesame seeds
- Optional: add another banana as a topping
And here's how it works:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom, vanilla and sea salt.
- Blend the plant-based milk with the dates.
- Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth, then mix with the plant-based milk, tahini and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and quickly mix to form a smooth dough.
- Brush the loaf tin with a little oil and pour in the batter. Optionally, thinly slice another banana and place it on top of the batter. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Bake on the middle rack for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the loaf tin and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
