raw vegan chocolate brownies


RAW FOOD VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE SUGAR-FREE
You need:
For the base
- 475g extra soft DATTELBÄR dates
- 150g walnuts
- 350g almonds
- 1 pinch vanilla
- 50g cocoa powder
For the glaze
- 25g cocoa powder
- 25g cocoa butter (or coconut fat, then the glaze will be white marbled)
Instructions:
Base
Finely grind the walnuts and almonds and knead with the soft dates into a homogeneous mass.
(Important: do not soak the nuts and dates in water. This greatly reduces shelf life)
Then add the cocoa powder and vanilla and knead evenly as well.
Press the whole thing flat on a baking sheet with your hand.
Glaze
In the meantime, place the cocoa butter on the warm radiator or warm it minimally on the stove in a water bath.
As soon as the cocoa butter has become liquid, add the cocoa powder and stir with a whisk.
Pour the liquid onto the mass and distribute evenly over the entire surface.
Then top the brownies with walnut halves or pieces as desired.
Now into the refrigerator. Let it set for 60 minutes and when the glaze no longer shines, the brownie is ready to enjoy.
