If you want to treat yourself to something nice every now and then, then this cake is a wonderful, healthy option. We have already tested this vegan raw food cake on our guests. The response was so good that we can't keep this recipe from you any longer!
CHOCOLATE-BANANA CAKEFREE FROM REFINED SUGAR, RAW AND VEGAN
You need
For the floor:
100 g almonds
30 g coconut flakes
30 g DATTELBÄRS date syrup
For the cream:
100 g cashews
200 g bananas
200g water
50 g DATTELBÄRS dates
50 g DATTELBÄRS date syrup
50 g coconut oil
50 g cocoa butter
50 g cocoa powder
How it works

Soak almonds and cashews overnight.

Roughly mix the ingredients for the base in a blender.

Spread into a baking pan and press firmly.

Mix all ingredients for the mixture in a blender until creamy.

Pour into the mold and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

Before serving, remove from the freezer and allow to thaw briefly.
