The DATTELBÄR thinks these muesli cups are absolutely brilliant!
The base for this is rolled oats. You can fill the cups with anything you like – yogurt, Date or fruit. Especially when things need to be quick in the morning, you can easily prepare the small bowls and take them with you.

You will need:
For the base:- 150 g coarse rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50 g date syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Filling:
- e.g. date with almond yogurt or yogurt with apricot compote
And here's how it works:
- First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
- Mash the peeled bananas in a bowl with a fork until they form a puree. You can also use an immersion blender for this.
- Mix mashed bananas with date syrup, rolled oats, and salt. Let the batter rest well so the cups don't dry out.
- Grease the cups of a muffin tin, then evenly distribute the oat mixture among the 12 cups. Press the mixture to the sides and form a well in the center.
- Bake the muesli cups in a preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Fill the baked cups as desired. I mix the date and yogurt with psyllium husks beforehand to bind the mixture.
- Enjoy :-))
